No more extra performance for liveband please,just follow the original schedule. RSVP need to make 3days before and me as a customer service already told customer all the AGENDA on their reservation date. Any sudden changes, customer cannot accept. Even liveband let us know have extra performance in advance, mostly they not coming. Staff already set up for liveband move mixer out put stage for them. This wasting man power & time.Lastly, to be honest, tonight extra liveband performance singer doesnt meet the expected level. |

Every evening, plate and cutlery is full, Perfect. Busy time start,sharing plate start shortage and requested from kitchen baby plate, ignored. Ask for several time and finally baby plate and fork become 0. Cutlery not enough setup for table but the food is ready to serve at window. I need to run all the way to kitchen and wash myself for what i want, example plate and fork. Again run to window dry it, setup and send to customer after the food was ready to serve. At first I dont think is a big problem,maybe floor staff nt clearing table and cause the kitchen staff take time to wash. But I observed for few days, a lot of plate and cutlery at behind waiting to wash. I ask Ilham for so many time and he didnt take it serious and just told me if I have no cutlery is nt his problem. When the order queue was about clear, I ask again for cutlery only he will let the clearing staff know what I need. At this moment all the food is about to serve. No Point. This cause customer need to wait again for cutlery even the food is ready. Its rediculous. |
